This warranty covers:

* Noticeable flaws present upon arrival

If your snapback has a verified manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:

* Replace the item at no additional cost, or
* Issue a store credit or refund if a replacement is unavailable

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear
* Damage caused by improper care, washing, or storage
* Fading due to exposure to sunlight, sweat, or weather
* Accidental damage (bending the brim, crushing, tearing, etc.)
* Alterations or modifications made after purchase
* Damage caused by misuse or neglect

Please follow the care instructions provided with your snapback to ensure longevity.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for warranty service:

* The claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
* The item must have been purchased directly from our official website
* The snapback must not have been modified or customized after purchase

Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned through the original place of purchase.

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide further instructions if your claim is approved.

5. Return Shipping

If a warranty claim is approved:

* Ask you to dispose of the defective item depending on the issue

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

6. Disclaimer

This limited warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and is provided in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
