Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery:

UK: 2–4 working days
Europe: 4–7 working days
International: 7–12 working days
Tracking

All orders include tracking.

You’ll receive a link once your order ships.

Delays

Delays can happen due to:

– customs
– couriers
– peak periods

These are outside our control, but we’ll help where we can.

IMPORT CHARGES

For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply.

These are set by your local customs authority.

What to expect

You may be charged:

– import duties
– taxes (e.g. VAT)
– handling fees

These are not included at checkout.

Responsibility

Any import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If charges are refused

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid charges:

– shipping costs won’t be refunded
– any return fees may be deducted

RETURNS

You have 14 days from delivery to return your item.

No pressure.

Condition

Items must be:

– unworn
– unused
– in original condition
– with original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll check it.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different colour:

– place a new order
– Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service.
